Spacious rooms, tidy and well-equipped. Convenient location near metro and bus stops. Helpful and kind staff. Great value for money.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooftop restaurant offers amazing panoramic views of the city, creating a picturesque dining experience. The breakfast terrace on the seventh floor provides a pleasant atmosphere with excellent service. Conveniently located near bus stops and Ulus metro station, allowing easy access to vibrant areas like Kizilay. the room is well-furnished, equipped with facilities, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom could be improved, making showering a bit challenging.

I had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Ankara. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, even though not all spoke English. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to mini vans and bus stops. It was also just a short walk to the metro station, which made it easy to explore other areas of the city. the breakfast provided was tasty and had a good variety of options.

There wasn't much to do around the hotel, with construction happening nearby. Some staff members struggled with English, and there was a miscommunication regarding the baby bed, resulting in an extra charge.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes walk to the Ulus metro station which made it easy to explore other lively areas like Kizilay. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the main train station and plenty of eateries nearby. I was able to visit all the sights I wanted to see without needing public transport. The hotel also offered airport transfers, which was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. I had a great experience at Bugday Hotel.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The toilet in my initial room was not functioning properly, but the staff quickly moved me to another room when I reported the issue.
